Commonly used aluminum alloy anodes include Al-Zn-In and Al-Zn-Hg systems, suitable for cathodic protection of structures in seawater environments such as ships, docks, ports, marine facilities, seawater cooling systems, and sedimentation zones of storage tanks. Aluminum-zinc-indium (AZI) sacrificial anodes are cast from high-purity aluminum alloyed with zinc, indium, and other metals. Production of aluminum alloy anodes complies with GB/T 4948-2002 “Aluminum-Zinc-Indium Alloy Sacrificial Anodes.”
Our aluminum anodes prevent corrosion of steel structures in seawater and are widely used for corrosion protection in ship hulls, ballast tanks, seawater pipelines, port facilities, offshore engineering, drilling platforms, condensers, and pipelines in soil media. Since the performance of aluminum anodes is influenced by the chemical composition of the alloy, we offer combinations of aluminum alloys with varying compositions to meet customer requirements. Our company currently complies with standards including GB/T 4948-2002, U.S. Mil-A-18001K, and W.
