The integral insulated joint consists of the following components: upper pipe, lower pipe, sleeve, insulating element, sealing element, and insulating coating. Between the mating faces of the upper and lower pipes, the insulating element and sealing element are sandwiched to form a double-sealed structure with insulating properties. The sleeve is attached via either beveled welding or direct welding to the upper conduit, securely encapsulating the insulating element and both pipes within to create a “sealed vessel.” This design ensures excellent insulation performance while significantly enhancing the pressure-bearing capacity of the insulating structure.

Service life of insulated joints: Same as pipeline;

Applicable media: Suitable for oil, gas, water, chemical feedstock, and slurry;

Insulation strength: 2500V 50Hz for 1 minute without breakdown or arcing;

Insulation resistance: DC 1000V resistance ≥6MΩ;

Hydrotest pressure: 1.5 times design pressure; 

  Gas tightness test pressure: Equivalent to design pressure;

Non-destructive testing: 100% radiographic inspection for butt joints per JB4730-94; 100% magnetic particle inspection for other pressure-bearing welds;

Groove preparation: Per API5L standard
